Project: Cataloging & Reel Creation (500+ Videos)

Phase 1: Audio Enhancement (For New Videos Only)

Action required for the 60 raw video files stored locally. Do not perform this for videos already on YouTube.

1. Upload to Adobe Podcast
   Go to Adobe Podcast. Sign in.
2. Process Files
   Upload the raw video/audio files. The AI will remove noise and echo.
3. Replace Audio
   Download the "Enhanced" WAV file. Use a simple editor (like CapCut) to replace the original audio with this new clean audio.
4. Upload to YouTube
   Upload these cleaned videos to the YouTube channel as "Unlisted". Copy the URLs.

Phase 2: Transcription & Data Gathering

Action required for ALL 560 videos. This creates our searchable database.

1. Get the Text
   Use NoteGPT.
   Paste the YouTube URL for each video.
2. Download Transcript
   Click "Gen Summary" then "Copy Transcript". Save each transcript as a Text File (.txt).
   Naming Convention: YYYY-MM-DD_VideoTitle.txt

Phase 3: Cataloging (The "AI Librarian")

Use Gemini to organize the text files into an Excel sheet.

1. Open Gemini
   Go to Google AI Studio.
2. Batch Upload
   Upload 20-50 text files at a time.
3. Run the Prompt
   Copy and paste the prompt below:
   "I have attached transcripts for several videos. Please analyze them and output a table with the following columns:
   
   1. Video Title (from filename)
   2. Primary Language (English, Telugu, Kannada)
   3. Main Topic (e.g., Ritual, Philosophy, Life Advice, Grammar)
   4. Key Entities (e.g., specific Veda names, Deities mentioned)
   5. Viral Potential (Score 1-10 based on general interest)
   6. 1-Sentence Summary"
4. Save Data
   Copy the resulting table into the Master Excel Sheet.

Phase 4: Production (Reels & Subtitles)

Only perform this step for the "High Priority" videos identified in Phase 3.

1. Select Videos
   Choose the top 10-20 videos from the Master Sheet (High Viral Potential).
2. Upload to Vizard
   Go to Vizard.ai. Paste the YouTube URL.
3. Generate Output
   
   • Reels: let AI auto-select the best clips.
   • Subtitles: Edit the Telugu/Kannada captions if needed.
   • Visuals: Manually add images only where necessary.
4. Export
   Download the final MP4s and SRT files.
